Default World LLC, operating the wya application (wya.cx), offers an SMS messaging program that allows users to receive team availability notifications and alerts. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
2. Message Types
By enrolling in our SMS program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages:
- Team availability updates (OOO, working-from-home, travel status)
- Notifications when team members' availability changes
- Account verification and security codes
- Service announcements and updates
Messages will be sent from a toll-free number or 10-digit long code. The specific number will be displayed when you receive messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account settings and your team's calendar activity. You may receive multiple messages per day. You may adjust your notification preferences at any time through the wya application settings.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, or 13 years of age or older with parental consent, to use this SMS service. By opting in, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

- Disable SMS notifications in your wya application settings

Upon successful opt-out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt back in to the program.

wya does not charge fees for SMS messages. However, Msg & Data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider for details regarding your messaging plan.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy & Data Retention
We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and related information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your express consent. We retain your phone number and opt-in status until you opt out. Message logs may be retained for compliance and support purposes.
10. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox in your account settings, by texting a keyword to us, or by enabling SMS notifications within the application, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed informational and marketing text messages from Default World LLC, operating the wya application (wya.cx), at the phone number provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. SMS opt-in is completely separate from account registration. You acknowledge that you may opt out at any time as described above.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this SMS program are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
12. Governing Law
These SMS Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
