Business Information
Default World LLC operates the wya application at wya.cx. All SMS messages are sent by Default World LLC.
SMS is Optional
SMS notifications are completely optional. Users can access all wya features without enabling SMS. The opt-in is a separate, distinct action that is never required to use our service.
Opt-In Flow
Users opt in to SMS notifications through a dedicated settings page after creating their account. The opt-in process is completely separate from account registration.
- User creates account via Google OAuth (no phone number required)
- User accesses wya and uses all features normally
- User optionally navigates to Settings → Notifications
- User enters phone number and checks the consent checkbox
- User receives a confirmation SMS with opt-out instructions
Opt-In Interface
Below is the SMS notification settings interface. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires explicit user action to enable.
